Why The Rebrand?

We love brands, a shocking claim coming from a creative brand agency, I know.

But it’s true.

Our working days are spent supporting businesses who have a mutual desire to build authentic, successful brands.

However, sometimes you need to take a cold hard look in the mirror and see if you’re practising what you preach. So about 12 months ago, that’s exactly what we did.

Let me set the scene a little for you…

Ginger Root (now Create Inc.) started in 2014 as a print company. Since then, the business has morphed and evolved into a creative brand agency, specialising in web, design, strategy, marketing campaigns, communication, interiors, animation, and 3D. No matter the services, our goal has always been to partner with brands who want to connect better with their audiences.

So, over the past year, in between many client projects and collaborations, we have been questioning, analysing, dreaming up, and refocusing our business strategy and direction to better serve who we are now.

Each and every team member has been a part of the journey, feeding in with their thoughts, wants, desires, and hopes for the future of the business.

There have been hours of market research, employee questionnaires, client questionnaires, pizza-fuelled brand immersion sessions, caffeine-fuelled brainstorming, debates, sketching, tweaking, a few more debates, and refining.

As a result, we’ve curated a whole new brand, or rather, a visual identity that encapsulates the brand we have already become. It’s a combination of the evolution of who we were, where we are now, and what we want to be in the future.

It communicates better what our goal has always been, to use data-informed, human led strategy to help brands connect with people, and succeed.

Hello reader, we’re Create Inc.

“So what!?” We hear you. But despite how it looks, it isn’t a vanity project.

At our core is a desire to connect people through creative. We want to show our team, our clients and anyone we engage with, that we are a professional partner to businesses.

We collaborate with ambitious teams to produce the best marketing, communications, and strategy possible.

We have made some huge changes in the past 18 months, and we want our brand to reflect how far we’ve come.

Our people share a mutual commitment to be human, reliable, skilful, and (of course) creative.

These qualities help us better serve the businesses we work with, elevate our ideas, showcase the value of the creative industry, and remain focussed on guiding young creatives. All the while, connecting people.

Our roots will always be Ginger, but our future is Create Inc.
