Safeboarding Week Videos

The Challenge

The Port of London Authority (PLA) required two animated videos for Safe Boarding Week to demonstrate their commitment to safe vessel access on the River Thames.

One video was needed for their website and another for their socials channels.

The Response

Instead of making two different types of video, one main video was created which could be applied to both socials and used on the website. This saved on turnaround time and cost and maintained a consistent message.

The sign-off at the end of the video was changed after Safe Boarding Week was over, so that the video could be used long-term to promote the general focus on safety at PLA.



 

The Outcome

A video was created using existing assets and new animation with an upbeat soundtrack to help increase engagement. It was shared across their socials to their 26,000 followers.
