Creative Subscription Plans

1. Subscription Term & Payment

1.1. The minimum subscription term is three (3) months.

1.2. A Custom Plan is available with a minimum monthly fee of £1,000 + VAT.

1.3. New clients are required to make full payment for the first month of subscription on a 100% proforma basis.

1.4. Subscription plans will be invoiced on the 20th of each month.

1.5. Subscription sign-ups commence from the start of the following month. Any work required before the subscription start date will be charged on an ad hoc basis.

1.6. Subscriptions are subject to a standard 28-day payment term. Any late payments will result in the subscription being paused until payment is received.

2. Subscription Benefits & Additional Charges

2.1. As a CI brand partner, you secure a reduced hourly rate, which also applies to any additional hours required beyond your monthly plan.

2.2. If you pause or cancel your subscription, your hourly rate will revert to the standard rate.

2.3. Purchases from external suppliers, third-party subscriptions, or any costs outside of Create Inc. (e.g., Mailchimp account fees, stock imagery, etc.) are charged in addition to the subscription plan.

3. Subscription Adjustments

3.1. To pause or cancel your subscription, a written request must be submitted to your Account Manager with a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice prior to the desired cancellation date.

3.2. Subscribers on a £4,000 + VAT plan or higher may downgrade their subscription by submitting a written request to their Account Manager with at least thirty (30) days' notice.

4. Priority Studio Access & Account Management

4.1. Priority studio access is subject to availability and is only applicable during Create Inc.'s standard working hours.

4.2. Scheduling under priority studio access will be for the soonest available time slot.

4.3. Monthly brand sessions with an Account Manager are subject to availability and limited to thirty (30) minutes per month for subscribers on the £3,000 + VAT plan.

4.4. A complimentary onboarding session of 30 to 60 minutes will be scheduled, subject to availability, once the first month's subscription payment has been received.

5. Scope of Services

5.1. Creative Subscription Plans include services related to:

  • Brand strategy
  • Communication
  • Design
  • Artwork
  • Marketing assets
  • Brand workshops
  • Animation
  • 3D
  • Motion design
  • Website design 

 

5.2. The subscription does NOT include:

  • Web development, support, or build
  • Print services
  • Digital marketing strategy or management
  • Any additional external services not specified in Clause 5.1 

 

5.3. For services outside the scope of the subscription, clients may contact their Account Manager for further support options.

6. Rollover of Unused Hours 

6.1. Unused hours can be rolled over only for subscribers on the £4,000 + VAT plan or higher. 

6.2. Rolled-over hours can be carried forward for up to three (3) months; after this period, hours will reset as per the subscription plan.

7. Project Quotation & Approval 

7.1. The Account Manager will provide a quote for projects before booking studio time. 

7.2. Quotations will be based on the available hours within the subscription plan. 

7.3. Work will only commence once the quote has been approved by the client.

8. Marketing & Confidentiality

8.1. By subscribing, you grant CI permission to share project visuals and write-ups on CI's social media, website, and marketing collateral. 

8.2. To opt out of such sharing, clients must provide written confirmation to their Account Manager.

9. General Provisions 

9.1. These terms and conditions may be updated at the discretion of Create Inc., with notice provided to all subscribers. 

9.2. By subscribing, clients acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
