When SUPP came to us, they had a clear mission: make high-quality supplement drinks simple, convenient and genuinely useful for real people. They wanted an online experience that matched the quality of their product, eye-catching and perfect for their female led target audience.
So that’s exactly what we built.
We rebuilt SUPP’s digital experience from the ground up with a focus on clarity, design and performance.
We simplified product messaging and designed a shopify to help customers understand the benefits quickly. The aim was to remove confusion and make the value obvious from the moment someone landed on a page.
We refined the design system so that every part of the store felt bold, modern and true to SUPP’s identity. Clean spacing, confident type choices and purposeful colour use created a more trustworthy and premium feel.
We then improved navigation, reduced unnecessary steps and created a faster path to checkout. Upsell options, product bundles and better page flow were added to support conversion without overwhelming the user.
The result is a Shopify store that looks strong, feels clear and works hard to drive sales. It gives customers the confidence to choose the right product and makes the overall experience quicker and more enjoyable.
