A global rebrand completed in nine days. We rebranded VeUP to match their world-class SaaS growth expertise. Guided by internal and market research, we modernised their visual identity, refined their brand voice, and equipped global teams with a full toolkit of collateral and digital assets in under a fortnight, making this the fastest brand sprint we've ever run.

VeUP had grown rapidly into a world-class AWS and AI scaling partner — but their brand hadn't kept pace. Inconsistent collateral and a visual identity that no longer reflected their expertise was creating confusion internally and undermining their credibility externally. With ambitious growth plans and no time to spare, they needed a transformation that could match the pace of the business itself.

We kicked off the sprint with a brand immersion session designed to surface everything we needed to know about VeUP's business and ambition in a single focused day. Working through audience mapping, a threats and opportunities analysis, an obituary game, start/stop/keep exercises, and an onliness statement, we built a clear strategic foundation before any creative work began. This was supported by stakeholder interviews and market research to ensure the new brand would resonate externally as well as internally.

With the strategy locked, we moved into creative exploration. Unlike longer brand projects, we needed to move quickly and get a visual identity approved as soon as possible. We generated around 20 distinct logo directions, pinning them all to the wall, and invited the VeUP project team in to review. Rather than presenting polished concepts in isolation, this approach gave the client a genuine sense of what felt right and what didn't, quickly and collaboratively. From there, we refined down to a small number of developed concepts before VeUP made their final selection.

Rollout was sequenced deliberately to prioritise assets that were needed to launch the brand as quickly as possible. Further development continued in phases around live business needs. The brand was unveiled at an internal launch event led by our Creative Director Alex, where a specially created brand trailer brought the new identity to life for the whole business before it went public. Rolling out internally first was a deliberate strategic choice to ensure VeUP's people were energised and aligned behind the new direction from day one.

The sprint was further extended into a new website, investor campaign, and suite of corporate documents. Each one built on the foundation of the new brand and strengthened VeUP's market presence and growth ambitions.

A brand sprint is ideal for fast-growing businesses that need a brand to match their ambition quickly. It could be that you're ahead of a funding round, a product launch, a merger, or simply a moment when the existing brand has stopped reflecting who you've become. It works best when leadership are aligned, decisions can be made quickly, and there's a clear sense of where the business is heading.

A brand sprint covers the full journey from strategy to launch, and depends on what each business requires, and when. Typically, we start with an immersion session, stakeholder interviews, and market research, then move on to logo development, fonts, palettes, and a prioritised suite of collateral and digital assets. For VeUP, that also included a brand trailer and internal launch event, ensuring the new identity landed with impact both internally and in the market.
