Derwent Students' goal was to achieve full occupancy at multiple student accommodation locations across the UK. They also wanted to ensure visual and tonal consistency across multiple locations and reinforce the Derwent Students brand identity. This was particularly important following recent changes in their portfolio.
Derwent Students requested a series of assets which would be modern, fun and clearly communicate the benefits of each accommodation. The types of assets needed were for posters, floor stickers, banners, social media posts for both organic and paid (including reels and carousel designs), emails, and web images.
