Rattle & Roll Performance, a provider of a variety of children’s clubs and classes, wanted to redesign their website.
They required an overhaul of their front end and back office admin system to create a better UX for busy parents and provide a seamless booking system.
Following a full investigation into the existing website, how the business works and what the key objectives were for the future of the business, the project team crafted a customer journey that would best suit customers and how they are most likely to purchase.
Once the wireframe was agreed, components were designed using existing branding and the user interface and system interfaces were laid out. Data was completely cleansed, multi factor authentication was set to improve security, and records were made easier to find and update to reduce admin time.
The new website completely changed how parents booked classes, featuring a whole new filter system and payment wizard to enable multiple payment types at checkout.
More search functionality was added to improve frontend search for finding information quicker, as well as in the backend system for more efficiency across internal teams.
The entire website is completely content manageable making it easier and more cost-effective for teams to update regularly.
