We always recommend starting with a Brand Audit or Brand Workshop before committing to a full rebrand — it protects your budget and makes the work that follows sharper.

Communications campaigns typically cost between £3,000 and £18,000, depending on scope, channels, and rollout requirements. A focused campaign, for example, supporting a results announcement or market update , sits at the lower end; a full multi-channel rollout with creative, copy, and production sits at the higher end.

A dedicated and bespoke investor section covering your investment case, board bios, live RNS feed, RNS archive, AIM Rule 26 compliance page, and shareholder information typically ranges from £10,000 to £25,000, depending on the depth of content and functionality required.

Yes. We've built a themed investor section as a SaaS product specifically for AIM-listed and investor-backed companies — from £100/month + VAT, plus a one-off £4,500 + VAT onboarding fee. It's designed around your brand, plugs directly into your existing website, and looks fully native to your site. It covers Rule 26 compliance, board and SLT bios, shareholding information, and a live RNS feed.

We build exclusively on headless systems for speed, scalability, and flexibility. Our core stack is Strapi (a natively headless CMS), Nuxt.js for the front end, and Tailwind for styling. For specific project requirements, we also work with Laravel for web applications and Craft CMS as an alternative CMS. For AIM and investor-backed clients, this means investor sections, RNS feeds, and compliance pages can be built as structured, maintainable content, not static pages bolted on after the fact.

Yes, you have full ownership. We build primarily on a headless CMS, meaning you aren’t tied to a proprietary system. If you ever choose to move away from us, you can take your site and data with you. 

The investor section SaaS module is the one exception: this is built, hosted and managed by us as part of an ongoing service, separate from your website.

All creative work remains the property of Create Inc. until your final invoice is settled. On receipt of cleared funds, all agreed final deliverables transfer to you in full.

Yes. A pitch from us means senior strategic and creative resource dedicated to your brief from day one. On average, we spend 32 hours of work on our pitches. We charge a pitch fee based on our standard day rate but if you commission us within 60 days, it's credited in full against your first invoice.

For Brand Workshops, Investor Ready Package, and day rate work: 50% on commencement proforma, 50% on completion, 28-day terms. The Brand Audit is payable in full, proforma, on commencement. Retained partnerships are invoiced monthly in advance on 28-day terms. Project work is billed in milestones of 50% or 25% depending on scope, with the initial payment always by proforma.

 

We believe in transparency. If a request falls outside the original agreed-upon scope, we will flag it immediately and provide a mini-quote for the additional work. No "surprise" costs will ever appear on your final invoice.
